Taxes and Fees: Tax of 6.225% is applied to rental fee as per Missouri Law. 3.5% is added to any credit card payment.

Event Insurance: We require a $1m event insurance policy with Emerald Acres listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $250

Damages Fee: We collect a refundable $500 in addition to your rental fee to insure the cosmetic coverage of incidents or other criteria not met in our agreement.
